Shutter Speed and Motion

First are my two blurry pictures. Mcdonald walked infront of the camera at a low shutter speed. The settings for both are S 1.3. I pressed down half way on the shutter release until it focused and then took the pictures.

Next are the still shots. In the first one Vincent is jumping in the air. In the second Henry is jumping. The subject and background are in focus. The setting for both are Sport setting. It automatically adjusts shutter speed.  I pressed down half way on the shutter release until it focused and then took the pictures.

Framing

I took this in the gym. The net is drawing the eye to the letters on the beam.

This is a picture of the flag. The brush is framing the flag in the background.

This is another picture of the flag/ The metal grate is framing the flag.

This is a picture of the bell tower. The bars frame the tower making it the center of attention.

What I am trying to put the focus on is the small statue in the Background through the plant. The two plant leaves put focus on the statue between them
